I've not tried essential oils but I grow fragrant herbs right outside my front door. I love rosemary, lavender, Russian sage and mints. As I walk into the house I often stop and rub one of them for a good whiff. I'll bet I would love the grapefruit oil. It smells so fresh and wonderful in shampoos.
I LOVE fragrances. I collect fragrances and scented candles when I travel. I tend to love anything with Jasmine, Vanilla or Blood Orange. My favorite oils are Aura Soma. Its a blend of fragrances that are really amazing and they have some healing properties too.
mmm... they all sound wonderful. Jasmine is one I have to try. I would love to have my own herb garden too! what a treat.
I love lavender, tea tree, and peppermint. I use peppermint on my neck when I have headaches - helps to ease the tension and the tingle is cooling. Lavender and tea tree... I just love to sniff. Baths, pillow mists, room sprays.... yummy.
I adore this watercolor of yours.
What a lovely page - a feast for the eyes with memories of smells. I love Lavender as a smell but tea tree is really good for dropping in the kid's bath when they're allergic to bubble bath.
Thank you for sharing your gratitude journal page. I love grapefruit, lemon and orange essentials oil and am a keen fan of the smell of citrus.
